I took a fast behavioral basically sell your resume and yourself. It was fast and they were nice and friendly. The people working who interviewed me were quick and amazing.
The interview was non-technical. They didn't ask me to code anything. They were mostly assessing for leadership, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills. It seems they are looking for competent individuals with a team mentality.

During the telephone interview, you can expect to be asked about your experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and practices. Be prepared to discuss how you have applied these concepts in your past projects, and how you would use them to solve real-world problems. In addition to OOP questions, the interviewer may also ask clarifying questions about your resume, so make sure you have a solid understanding of your past work experience and the projects you have worked on.
