The STAR format was required in answering the questions. Interviewers took notes in this format and assessed your skills based off of your ability to answer them. Almost if the time they were writing down the answers and few follow up questions were asked.

Was granted an interview through career fair/online job board posting. The interview itself was very straight forward, with no unexpected questions being asked. I was unfortunately not asked back for another interview, but all in all it was a good experience.
