It was their first college/entry-level hiring even held outside their Aeronautics facility. There were definitely a ton of people there (maybe 400+) and a lot of interviewers. You wait in line until you get separated by engineering degree and then wait until your name gets called and the interviewer walks you back to one of the 30 interviewing tables. It was very conversational and simple and quick. My interviewer was very friendly and asked my about myself and interests as well gave me some insight on his position and team. Besides the long wait (got there at 11AM and finally interviewed at 4PM), it was a nice experience and they had some cool things to check out in the lobby after the interview including good food. They mentioned that they would be selecting all candidates for the positions needed to be filled by the end of the day and they would start sending out offers in the following week so we will see since I just interviewed today.
