J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lockheed Martin (Baltimore, MD) en sept. 2017
Entretien
I was invited to a University Day event at the RMS location in Baltimore. They paid for flight, hotel, rental car, and was willing to reimburse on food. We went through workshops and mock interviews the first day, and the second day we had actual interviews. He did not go over my resume, just talked about the position and what it entailed. Ask a few pop up technical questions within his stories .
Received a prescreening email, asking questions pertaining to the position, I responded to the questions. A few weeks later, received another email tell me I was no longer under consideration.
Phone call, interview, offer. Interview was very easy questions about how you would approach different situations but nothing too specific needed or challenging. As long as you are somewhat prepared with examples of difficult situations you'll be fine.
They described a bit about the role, and then asked standard interview questions, followed by consenting to a background check. nothing out of the ordinary. The interviewer was friendly and took a real interest in what I had to say.
