Applied online, and interviewed at the location in Philadelphia. There were a large group of candidates (20 or 30) broken up into groups for an introduction presentation and dinner. I was then personally interviewed by three people (2 HR, 1 technical engineer) who asked about background experience and skills. We also visited one of the labs and spoke with some current employees who showed us some examples of their projects (radar systems, etc). Received an e-mail response with no offer two weeks after the visit. Overall, a very pleasant and informative experience.
