All automated over the phone. They make you read a script and answer a few questions. They give you 3 chances to read and answer the Wuestions. I had a few questions and management answered them via email pretty quickly. Easy easy orocess

Entretien
There wasn't any. It was done through email and virtual only. I was given instructions through an email and then left to read and research the product and then allowed to try the sales/customer service portion of it all so that I might be able to market it with confidence.
