There was no actual interview. The applicant is given a script and asked to read it over the telephone. The applicant is judged on their ability to speak clearly and on their presentation of the material.

The interview was easy. However it takes awhile to start working. You get hired by LiveOps and then you have to find a client. That can take some time to be accepted and then there’s at least a month of unpaid training.
