First one has to submit for an invitation to get an invitation by submitting a live read and answer the questions about previous experience. Once invited must go through training during a specified time frame. The training which states about 10-20 hrs and it took me 40 hrs.

Making sure you have a clean record for background check and can read and understand the information provided to you. You provide your resume and other identifying information and you set up for direct deposit prior to choosing the company you want to work with depending on what is available.

Submit a profile on their website and then you have a Background check only. No resume required . Once your background is complete they will email you to create a profile to select a customer service campaign to work for.
