J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez LinkedIn (New York, NY) en déc. 2015
Entretien
I had 3 phone screens and 1 in person interview. everyone was very nice and everything went smoothly according to the timeline of what I was told to expect. Everything went really well until I went in for an in person interview. The receptionists were the most unprofessional people I ever met and did not even acknowledge my presence. I thought I did really well in person in the interview - although the role play was hard with limited knowledge. However, I did not get an offer because "they went with someone else". The recruiter that walked me through the whole process did not call me to follow up when she said she would, but emailed me and said "sorry I missed you" and let me know via email, which I thought was unprofessional. She also asked me if I was interested in another role at the company and interviewing, but never answered me when I asked if she could provide me with a job description. I was really excited and interested in this role and working for LinkedIn until the very end when I felt the recruiter no longer cared to communicate with me because I wasn't chosen and I don't know if I would consider interviewing again if given the chance in a different division.

Nice HR recruiter. But the hiring manager is the worst human ever. He introduced himself as someone who was "passionate" about coaching people. But he is the most condescending and even making fun of my current employer, I was screaming internally to end the interview after 15 minutes in. I can't imagine for someone who needs to report to him.
