Personal essays that are randomly screened. Very detailed, and requires a minimum length for each one. If you are selected to proceed after those, you are given a take-home and given one week to complete it. Once completed, you are to go over the take-home with a team. On that same day you are interviewed in a (behavioral interview) style.
