Got a referral. The initial phone screen with the recruiter had some very simple questions to ensure I was in the right place. The job salary range was stated 115-140K with 10% bonus.

Interview was with the manager of the team. It was a good blend of questions about myself, why I wanted to go to linkedin and then some behavioral questions with follow up questions.
