J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez LinkedIn (San Francisco, CA) en nov. 2014

One phone interview with a recruiter, then two onsite interviews (and I think a presentation?) with the program leads. The recruiter for the phone screen was in the program herself, so had only been doing recruiting for a month. She didn't seem to know what she was doing, and made the conversation very rigid and formal, which didn't really fit with LinkedIn's "culture." Took over 4 weeks to get back to me about scheduling a phone interview, and I had applied through an employee referral.

Process was straightforward .
Step 1: phone screen with talent acquisition contact (lightweight)
step 2: behavioral phone screen with one of program managers
step 3: A final onsite with 3 interviews at San Francisco office. One group interview (prompt provided, 30-60 mins to put together a quick group response, and then presentation to small panel), and 2 other interviews - one on critical thinking/analysis (mini mini case study on the business) and one behavioral with a sales leader
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Since applicants are coming out of college, they're not screening for previous sales experience necessarily. Instead, interview focus is on screening for competencies that can be mapped back to solid sales careers - critical thinking, collaboration, self-reflection, and problem solving. Was asked to provide examples of when I had demonstrated these characteristics

Great overall, good glimpse into the culture at LinkedIn. From the phone screen to the final on-site, felt taken care of and acknowledge - didn't feel like a number! They covered a lot of things, included program overview, benefits, what a "day-in-the-life" looks like, expectations, etc.

Consisted of a phone screen, then a video call (30 min w/ BLP Manager, 30 min with Sales Development Manager including a mock call), final all day onsite interview which didn't actually involve any interview. The final onsite was meant to get candidates excited about the company and see the way they perform in group settings.
