The interview was for the position of Senior Insights Analyst and Data Storyteller within LinkedIn's Talent Solutions team. The process was to consist of an initial call with the recruiter, a case study and then a panel interview which was made up of three 30 minute interviews.
Right from the beginning the process was handled terribly, the lack of communication from the recruiter as well as accurate feedback was something I've never experienced before. Messages on LinkedIn as late as 11.30pm from the recruiter was an example of how little they put into the process. I was also told initially after I submitted my case study work that the team where impressed and decided they would like to move forward to the next stage, however, a few weeks later after completing the panel interview I received a short email to say my case study was not detailed enough.
For a company that is expected to set the standard when it comes to the hiring process both for employees and employers I couldn't believe how poor their process is, I wouldn't recommend anyone to apply.
