First call with the recruiter was very informative and pleasant, they really want to make sure you are successful and well prepared for the interview process.
Before the second interview I received information and useful links to prepare for the competency based interview with the hiring manager.
Second interview with the hiring manager was also very pleasant, good questions and feedback - very open and honest. Went through my CV and relevant experiences, got information and a feel for the role.
Didn't make it to the final round, which is a panel interview where you receive a case study beforehand and need to prepare a presentation, but the recruiter called me to let me know and provided feedback, which really amazed me.

Processo muito transparente dividido em três etapas: entrevista via telefone com o RH, entrevista com o gestor e entrevista final com o gestor e um diretor. Houve feedback ao final do processo.
I did not enjoy the application experience. A recruiter messaged me directly and there was a lack of clear directions. The entire process was very quick and badly organized I would expect more from an enterprise level organization like LinkedIn

Three rounds: hr screen, hiring manager and group interview. The team has been very professional and supportive throughout the process and made me feel at ease. The whole process toom around 6 weeks.
