I absolutely feel these recruiters are inexperienced in not noticing real talent. I got no reason on why I wasn’t moving forward. Just the bs generic email of, “we’ve had a lot of interest and decided to move forward with other candidates.” TELL PEOPLE WHY THEY DON’T GET IT! This Niji girl didn’t even look at my resume and ask anything about my experience, and she was talking so fast. I gave solid answers and they missed out on real talent. I don’t recommend anyone wasting their time with this company. The previous reviews on here speak for themselves.

The overall interview process was incredible - although it took longer than expected, the team was transparent about potential timeframe of next steps and final decision. I was reached out to by a recruiter and needed to apply online to move further. It was essentially a 3-step interview but ended up meeting more people along the way - which was a positive experience as every single member were so kind and insightful. 1st step was a phone call with their recruiter, 2nd was an interview with the hiring manager, 3rd is either a mock call or presentation with a panel (still including the hiring manager) and 4th (potentially final step) is a conversation with the senior manager. All in all, it was a positive experience; definitely worth the wait!
