Very easy initial interview. Interviewed with Department Head and had traditional behavioral questions and availability and salary requirements. Was given the mission statement and told to memorize it for following interview with General Manager the following week. Interview with general manager went very well. More behavioral questions and learned more about the role.

I applied for a position as a Team Member in Member Services. I had a total of 3 interviews - 1 with the Member Services Manager, 1 with the Member Services Assistant Manager, and 1 with the General Manager of the club. Each interview was 1-1.
I wasn't shocked by any of the questions they asked. Most were normal questions focusing on my skills, schedule, and why I wanted to work at Life Time. The interviews were very repetitive, but thankfully seemed more geared to see if you would take the job position seriously. During my initial interviews, I was told that the General Manager would ask me to recite the company's mission & vision statement from memory. When I interviewed with him, this was the case.
While my interviews were all 1-1, I found that most other employees at my club had group interviews to begin, with a follow up interview with the General Manager.
Being that this was almost a minimum wage job ($10/hour), I was shocked at how many interviews I had to go through. In my opinion, this job wasn't anything special, but was still better than working in the food industry. It will also you allow you to add more to your resume in terms of account management, etc.
