I was shown around the facility to see the many amenities and equipment. Then did a personal interview with head trainer. Will continue with 2 or 3 more interviews for job.

Multiple step interviews that include meeting in person for one on one, being observed doing a training sessions based on given factors, and meeting staff. Once accepted, there is a week long group training session to attend.

First interview went over pay structure, how sessions work, hours, how to obtain clients, how commission works with products and selling. Was super informative and transparent. I have my practical interview next week so will update how that goes.
