This is a 3 step process. You have an initial phone screen, Then an in face practical interview where you take someone through a workout, and the last step is an interview with the GM.

Pretty direct. Practical questions and historical experience and how it would contribute to LifeTime. It was also more like a conversation rather than an interview. A very kind but direct conversation
Pretty straightforward interview process, first a get to know you interview and then a practical leading my future manager through a workout based on different goals and complications they presented.
