Had 5 interviews. 2 on the phone, 1 at a club that i didnt end up working at, 1 at my club, and 1 with the area director. Have to learn the company mission statement and 2 other things before you interview with the general manager. The managers very soecific questions, handed down from corporate. You, as the person interviewing for the job, will do a lot of talking and the manager will do a lot of listening. They will ask you a question, listen to your answer(dont make them too short, but well thought of)and then ask you "so how did that make you feel" or "va5n you elaborate a little more for me" or "is there anything that you would have done differently"?
