Entretien
Panel interview, friendly people, good information about the teams objectives. The team was very comfortable working together which told me a lot about the department and how I might fit in.
Specific work duties were vague which later I was informed it was due to the proprietary nature of something the team had developed themselves and it was being adopted by others very positively. This posed a little hesitation on my part during the process as I couldn't get a 'feel' for the work entirely. It all worked out great.

Entretien
The initial interview was a video interview. You had 2 minutes to respond to a question. 60 seconds, and then 2 minutes to re-record your response. There were 5 questions. None were particularly difficult. They questions were worded in odd ways.

The questions were standard ID design questions. The issue was they were stated in a negative way, as if they wanted you to fail.
