The first interview was about 30 mins. You will be speaking with the recruiter regarding the position and responsibilities. The recruiter will then ask you questions pertaining to your work background and experience. From there they will let you know if they will like to move you forward with your second interview which is virtual.

One thing that I had trouble with is when they sent me a question to answer via chat but also wanted me to answer another question on video with them. They basically wanted to see how your multitasking skills were.
