Then down to a group of Directors & Managers to understand experiences and the typical whys.
Then down to your very own Leader for the technical interview.

Entretien
The initial interview was a phone interview to screen applicants, the process took 15 minutes total and the interviewer was very kind and treated it as a conversation. Although I did not get an offer it was overall a pleasant experience.

it was a pretty casual and easy interview. the first interview is 100% behavioral. lots of generic what have you done, and what would you do in this situation questions. they also ask you to walk through your resume so be sure you remember all that or have a copy on hand.
