Interview was STELLAR. I was advised I am going to be a great asset for the claims department as I’ve had previous claims experience and did so well answering the interview questions. Even connected with the interviewer regarding my Christian beliefs and were shared such great insight on life period. I was blown away and they advised the background check would take a while possibly. She then shared that she could bump me to a higher role or just stay at the lower level to receive a promotion for higher pay. 3 days later-they advised I was not selected to move forward yet leadership had already set me up to believe the job was mine. And to top it off, I’ve worked for Liberty in the past for almost 4 years and this is how they do ppl with an amazing background and excellent interview background. I couldn’t even get a reason WHY i wasn’t selected and they even said I was rehireable so this is absolutely disheartening and just unprofessional as a whole. I actually have never had such a great interview in my life.

Applied via the website and heard back within a month of submitting application. Recruitment representative sent email requesting to do an interview and provided a link to website to book a time to interview. Pretty simple and easy. The interviewer advised that the hiring manager would reach out to inform me of the whether they would let me get to the next round of interviewers. The questions were pretty easy, but the interviewer came off a bit cold.
