A very long and drawn out process. There was not a clear path forward on the interviewing process from the beginning. After I completed an interview, new interviews would get scheduled, but it was never clear to me what the process was or when it would end. All of the interviews (6!) were fairly straightforward, and the questions I was asked were not that difficult. The hiring manager seemed skeptical of part of my background despite my relevant experience. I think this skepticism is what ultimately sank my candidacy. Overall a pretty opaque, drawn-out process, plagued by indecisiveness and delay. I think I would be less surprised by the result if the interviews were more challenging.
