I attended the virtual event that explained the job in detail and was so excited I immediately emailed her my resume prior to applying. She was aware of my work experience being only inbound & outbound by phone. The interview started and she IMMEDIATELY and REPEATEDLY stated all of my prior work experience was by phone only and I explained to her that I have a large network, I am also an entrepreneur who networks with other minority entrepreneurs who NEEDS Liberty mutual services, I’m also into yoga (my yoga study trains professional athletes in Charlotte and I know them personally), and I am an active member at church. Her tone let me know she was not interested nor impressed. She wouldn’t let me get a word in to the point where I accidentally cut her off and she was upset. I knew at that moment the interview was over I didn’t get the job!!
