They were very professional and asked all situational quesitons. They did not ask genearl questions or dig into my background much but focused more on past situations that I had been involved in and wanted details on what the result was. There was no focus on my soft skills at all to determine what type of person I was.

Entretien
Applied online, took an IQ/intelligence test that involved reading comprehension as well as some analogies. After that was a personality test. It took about an hour to complete the tests. Received a few days later to schedule a phone interview. The interview consisted of the basic behavioral questions.
