Phone interview with recruiter, video interview, 2 in person interviews at the columbia MD location, then a final video interview. After the final interview, the recruiter said they would let me know but it kept getting delayed by other interviews being rescheduled or people being out of the office. Emailed back and forth for about a month. Kept saying they would give me an update but I had to email them again to remind them. Was supposed to hear something back last Monday but still nothing. Just wish they wouldve let me know they went with someone else instead of telling me they would give me updates

Smooth and enjoyable interview process. One brief interview with the recruiter followed by 2 video interviews- one with an underwriter and one with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was so kind and easy to talk to and really tried to sell me on all the great benefits of the company. Mostly behavioral questions.

Very behavioral focused, started with 30 minute phone interview with 3 behavioral questions, 2nd interview was in person with 2 underwriting managers. More in depth behavioral questions as well as an in depth review of my resume. Never got to the final interview stage.
