Standard team interview with structured questions. Because this was an appraisal position, there was a lot of focus on customer service and negotiations skills. There was some concern about my extensive leadership experience and the front line role I was applying for.

There was about a 15 minute phone interview with basic screening questions and then a 2 hour panel video interview with multiple different managers and a job shadow. They provided a date where you would hear back at the end of the call.

Interview process went very smoothly. I was told by an employee to submit my resume and received an interview within 2 days. First interview was with a recrutier where she explained the position and I walked her through my resume. Asked one behavioral question. Then I had an interview with two other employees (claims managers). standard questions and it was short and sweet. Third interview was with the claims mangers manger. Received an offer the same day as final interview. all questions were behavioral

Entretien
The interview process was very easy. The first round was answering some online questions and doing a recording of some questions. Then, I was asked to interview with the manager. That was done online via Microsoft Teams. I was asked questions about prior work and customer service expierence. Once I completed that, I had another interview with the managers, manager. This was done using Microsoft Teams - Video.
