Met with 2 men in an extremely small room. Normal interview questions but when I answered nothing genuine about the men. Manufacturered people who didn't seem care what my answers were. I called to ask any constructive criticism about the interview and didn't get a call back. I was told that you get your P&C license after 2weeks and then you have 2 and a half months of sales training where you could not miss a day of, and that it would set your career behind if you did. Which I found interesting as they emphasize that they have work /life balance. Again, very manufacturered people and interviews. If you are a seasoned sales person and want to use your talents in a position don't waste your time interviewing here, unless you want to practice being a robot.
