Upon arrival, I met with a Supervisor and Manager.

They review your resume then they contact you. you set up an interview on a specific day.You then go to the office where the entire management team interviews you. They ask you questions about your resume then advise you that they will get back in touch with you. I think that you can pretty much tell after the first interview if you are hired or not. The questions that they ask are specific to your job experience. That's about all I can remember.
