I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter, whom set up an interview for me with the hiring manager. The interview lasted about 1.5 hours and they asked a bunch of behavioral questions. I felt like I did a great job answering all the questions and the interview went very well. At the end of the interview they said they would be contacting me very soon. Three weeks later they left me a message saying that they were moving forward with another candidate. There is a ton of competition for the jobs that Liberty Mutual/ Northwest posts.

Pretty straight forward. I felt comfortable speaking about myself and answering questions. I felt my questions were answered appropriately. I would have liked more scenario based questions. Overall can’t complain

Did not follow up, very difficult to schedule interview and get in touch with interviewer. Scheduling platform kept failing. Interview process was straight forward, did not follow up with me afterwards so i have no idea what happened.

It was just awful. She called two hours earlier than scheduled, and I couldn’t understand half of what she was saying because her accent was so strong. The communication was so unclear that answering her questions became almost impossible.
