Entretien
There was an online app and then a phone interview if you were pre-selected. I told them that I had an offer lined up with another firm and that the deadline was fast approaching. They very kindly scheduled an appointment with me for the very next day at their office. The main interview here consisted of 3 one-to-one half-hour chats with three of the upper managers of the office. They were very fair and the conversations in general were fun and lighthearted. Only one of the interviews consisted of the typical "interview-style" questions.

Have you ever needed to deal with a customer that was irate or dissatisfied, and how did you handle that?
Consisted of two interviews one phone screening interview with your recruiter and one formal interview with your prospective manager. Both were primarily situational questions and discussing details about your experience/background.

Had a phone screen with a recruiter. Then, had two thirty minute interviews. Both interviews were behavioral asking about why I wanted to work at Liberty and other questions about my education and past work experience. Was very conversational and there was room for interviewee to ask questions at the end.

Entretien
There was a screening phone call with HR. This was followed by an in-person interview with several team members. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The HR screener gave great feedback for future interviews.
