Took a shot in the dark and applied to a job posting with Liberty Mutual to begin my career in Criminal Justice/Corporate Security (obtained both an undergraduate and Graduate degree in this field). After reading the job description for this event I made sure my resume, cover letter and all other necessary documents were literally perfect. After applying, I received a call from a HR specialist on a Monday asking if I could interview on a Wednesday; I accepted right away. Interview consisted of two two-on-one interviews which started out by me running through my resume, answering some behavioral questions, and finally some Q+A's about the company. I felt confident after the interviews and then was asked to take a 45 minute KSA sort of test where I needed to show off my writing skills and simple math skills. About 3 hours after leaving the job site I received an offer from a HR specialist. Did not see it coming, but I am extremely thankful for the opportunity coming my way!
