I was called in for an interview a few days after I applied. The interview was about an hour long and most of that time was spent going through my resume. There was a strong emphasis on there being a lot of work, and I was not sure if the interviewer was trying to scare me or if he was trying to gauge my willingness to work hard. I know a lot of employers are exploring alternative work environments, but I was surprised to learn that lawyers do not have a dedicated work space or phone in the office. The available salary is low.

I applied and more than 6 weeks later I got a call. I scheduled an interview, which lasted nearly 2 hours. At the end I was told the final decision comes from the top and they would let me know.
