Phone interview/screen with corporate recruiter confirming experience on resume most relevant for the position. Focus was on whether I was over-qualified for the position.
Within 2 weeks, there was a 1:1 onsite interview with the hiring manager and department manager. Asked general questions by the hiring manager to confirm experience. The department manager, to whom the hiring manager reported, mostly described the position and opportunities with the company, and focused only on my long-term interest in the position and retention with the company.
