The interview process started with a phone interview where she explained about the role and told it's a high impact role and later scheduled a hiring manager interview for 30 mins. Later she called me to tell the interview was cancelled. In the recruiter interview call she asked all the questions like sponsorship, salary expectations, and relocation. But later called me to cancel the interview. I thought they will consider all things before scheduling for a hiring manager right? she even took notes as well.

Harder questions I have ever encountered. They seem to care more about hard skills rather than soft skills. The interviewer only asked questions about the analytical skills I have. I did not feel comfortable with that environment. Lasted 1 hour.
