The LP's are everything, and the only thing. I respect the process they have created based on the results they have received; however, this feels very black and white. Life is not black and white. I could see how people would think they were not good enough if they did not receive an offer but I did not find any of my interviewers to display or convey skills that were exceptional or exceeded what I brought to the table. It is robotic, which flies in the face of attracting top talent. I respect my peers that have spent time as an Amazonians, and I also see why they left.
