3-4 hours, 6 candidates competed for one intern position.
Round 1: Numerical, verbal and logical tests, each with about 25 questions and the candidate has to finish them within 20-25 minutes.
Round 2: The manager talked to everyone together. He introduced about the company, the businesses, the intern position, the working content and asked almost everyone at least one question.
Round 3: Separate interviews. Each candidate was interviewed by 2-3 colleagues of the company. This progress lasted about 1 hour 20 minutes.
