I had a phone interview that takes about 50 minutes with one of managing directors. The interviewer asked about my educational and professional background and then he introduced the Company. Most of the interview were questions about corporate finance (CAPM, diversification, leverage), accounting knowledge, valuation (uses of different types of multiples) and excel.

How do you explain beta (systematic risk) and diversification to your grandmother?
Ronde 1: puur motivatie nog geen technicals. Linken van je CV naar de rol, waarom Kroll? Bespreken eerdere ervaringen en hoe die van toepassing zijn? Welke boeken lees je?
Ronde 2: technicals (denk aan DCF, CCA, CTA)

1 Telefone Interview (45 minutes), Assessment Center in Frankfurt. Included numerical and verbal tests and two technical interviews. Focus is on technical questions and not on fit. Assessment Center consisted of 6 attendees.
