Entretien
I came in and was spoken to for about 5 minutes. She then gave me a mouth swab drug test and immediately told me that I passed. She gave me a tour of the store and issued me a shirt and said she would be in touch with my schedule. Later that week I was called and told my schedule and began. It was an extremely easy interview.
The interview process includes application review, initial screening, one or more interviews (phone, video, or in-person), skill assessments, reference checks, and finally, a job offer or rejection notification. It was great.

The job interview was really simple and straightforward. The employer asked me a couple of personal questions and my past experiences. It was during my high school years and I didn’t have much experience.
