I interviewed with a Clinical Practice Manager and it was more of a conversation than an initial interview. She gave me a lot of information about what is expected for the position. I had more than a few questions about the position. The only question she had for me was "Why do I want to work for the company and what is my background experience? Other than that, she was very pleasant to speak with.
