J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kroger (North Indianapolis, IN) en juill. 2013
Entretien
I got a call back the next day after applying online. I think it's because I didn't have any charges against me. I was then interviewed by some lady who tried to tell me all the places Kroger could take me... I was then given a drug test in front of everyone (oral drug test) and started my training the next day.

Nothing really just typical questions anyone asks.

Group interview, team exercises & roll playing. Bunch of nonsense & in depth questions for a minimum wage job that a monkey could do. Not very informative, go to one location for group interview so you don't even get to interview with people at the actual location you'd be working at. Couldn't even tell you how much you would get paid. Not to mention they have you apply online and then ask you the same questions you've already answered in the group interview. Also they couldn't locate my application & asked me to do it over again. The online application takes at least an hour. The whole process is just ridiculous.
