I was called after submitting an application. I came in for an interview. The interviewer gave me a choice between several positions, and I chose one. My starting pay was scarcely above minimum wage, plus I had to pay union dues (so my starting pay was actually lower than minimum wage.)

Easy interview asked basic background information and customer service questions. Only 1 person interviewed me and I was hired on the spot. The questions were very short and sweet. Mostly just one sentence answers

I was called in for a group interview which asked us to role play certain customer service scenarios. I was called back after this for a follow up where I was offered a few options for positions within the store and a oral drug test was done.
