I went to their website, filled out an application, got called a few days later, went to the store for a drug test and a few very basic questions, and then got trained the next weekend. It was at a bigger store that had a table for training stuff. I got my packet of info, employee loyalty card, and did some basic training on the computer such as a safety test and how to bag groceries.

The interview process includes application review, initial screening, one or more interviews (phone, video, or in-person), skill assessments, reference checks, and finally, a job offer or rejection notification. It was great.

The job interview was really simple and straightforward. The employer asked me a couple of personal questions and my past experiences. It was during my high school years and I didn’t have much experience.
