Online link - it's a pre-recorded interview based on questions displayed on screen. There is no human involved, just a link with instructions. It was very distracting as all the responses were time-boxed and there is little time to think about the questions. Also, there is no one to ask questions to either. I felt it was a way for the company to avoid the in-person interview, but if you are not comfortable recording your interview and responses, it's difficult to focus. That was my issue.
