I applied online and got a call that asked me a couple simple questions about customer service, then I set up an interview. The interview questions focused on customer service and being positive.

First interview was over the phone and given easy situational questions and given a date/time for an in person interview. Second interview was a small group interview that lasted about 20-30 minutes. Was not a typical interview as the recruiter gave us a worksheet with one question asking us what our favorite Kroger products were. Later, we had to discuss as our group why we chose the product, as a group pick one, and then make a sales pitch for it. Third interview was confirmation on hours and job description as well as a drug test.
