The application process was all online. There was a point where you could click which stores to see what jobs and FT or PT was available. It was mostly PT cashiers. In a couple of days, someone called, offering the produce position, which had not been listed online. He said to meet a certain person in a week at the store. By the time of the interview, the only position available was cashier again. The interview was mostly conversation. I think they would have hired anyone who was coherent enough to manage the conversation.
