The human resources employee I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful in trying to find a position best fit for me. Basic questions concerning how I responded to deadlines and best/worst work experiences in the past.

Entretien
Interview was very brief and only asked me my previous employment history and availability. I was then given a run down of what the position would entail and had to sign a couple papers proving that it was explained to me. Overall not too bad and was very laid back.

Rote, simplistic, smarmy interviewer. Typical open ended questions regarding customer service. I got the distinct impression that I was being eliminated due to my age. I frequently shop at the store and there are very few employees over age 45.
