very simple. i applied online and i several days later i received an email from the hiring manager asking me my availability for an interview. the manager asked some general questions to find out what kind of person you are but they are very simple.

The job interview was really simple and straightforward. The employer asked me a couple of personal questions and my past experiences. It was during my high school years and I didn’t have much experience.
