Met with the HR manager at a college career fair and followed up diligently. Had 2 rounds of interviews at school and was flown out for a second round interview. The second round interview was an overnight and stayed in Milwaukee, had dinner the night before. The following day was a 6 hour process. Slide show presentations about the company, breakfast and luncheon, 3 group interviews. Received an offer about 4 days following the second round.
